Give dried-up clay a new lease of life with a few drops of Sculpey Clay Softener. Simply add a couple drops of the softener to the clay you need to fix and knead the liquid into the clay. As the softener works its magic, your dried-up clay will become soft, smooth and easy to knead, shape and manipulate. If your clay still isn’t pliable enough, add a little more softener. Be sure to use it sparingly to avoid mushiness. If you have added too much Softener, press the clay between paper or paper towels and apply pressure to absorb the excess softener.
You can also use the softener as a thinner for Liquid Sculpey Clay.
