Ordering and Shipping

1. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do - for more information, please read: Delivery Info.

2. Help! I received an incorrect product.
We apologize for our oversight. Kindly drop us an email with your order number and images of the product to shop@theoutlinegroup.co.

3. What are the payment methods available?
Accepted modes of payments are VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We also accept PayNow and PayLah for Singapore residents. 

4. I submitted my order but I would like to change my mailing details.
You can drop an email to shop@theoutlinegroup.co with your order number and the changes you would like to make.  

5. How long does it take my order to ship?
Our processing time is 5 to 7 business days (not including weekends & public holidays). Please note that orders with purchases of cutters set of 3 or 4 will require an additional wait time of 3 business days, although we do our best to send out orders at the earliest possible.

6. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only possible within 12 hours after an order is placed. 

7. What are the delivery options?
Domestic Delivery Options:
Doorstep Delivery (1 to 3 business days)

International Delivery Options:
We ship worldwide, with tracking and insurance provided.

8. Can I combine my orders?
Please note that due to logistical constraints, we are only able to accommodate combined orders if the orders are placed within 24 hours of the first order.
