Ordering and Shipping

1. Do you ship overseas?

2. Help! I received an incorrect product.
We apologize for our oversight. Kindly drop us an email with your order number and images of the product to hello@theoutlinegroup.co.

3. What are the payment methods available?
Accepted modes of payments are VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We also accept PayNow and PayLah for Singapore residents. 

4. I submitted my order but I would like to change my mailing details.
You can drop an email to hello@theoutlinegroup.co with your order number and the changes you would like to make.  

5. How long does it take my order to ship?
Our processing time is 5 to 7 business days (not including weekends & public holidays). Please note that orders with purchases of cutters set of 3 or 4 will require an additional wait time of 3 business days, although we do our best to send out orders at the earliest possible.

6. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only possible within 12 hours after an order is placed. 

7. What are the delivery options?
Domestic Delivery Options:
Doorstep Delivery (1 to 3 business days)

International Delivery Options:
We ship worldwide, with tracking and insurance provided.

8. Can I combine my orders?
We will be able to accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis – please write in to hello@theoutlinegroup.co and our team will advise further. In the event that a top-up is required for shipping, we will request for additional payment to be made. If there were any excess shipping charges paid, a refund will be processed.

Self-Collection
(NOTE: Self-collection option is no longer available from Jan 1, 2023)

1. Is self-collection available?
Yes, it's available for all local orders (Singapore only).

2. Where is the location for self-collection?
Our studio is located in Singapore: Primz Bizhub, 21 Woodlands Close #04-43(B) Singapore 737854.

3. What time are you open for self-collection?
Self-collection is available by appointment only, between 11am to 5pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays).

4. How long does it take for my order to be processed before it's ready for self-collection?
For orders with cutters, your order will be ready for self-collection after 2 working days. For orders without cutters, if your order is placed before 12NN, it will be ready for self-collection the next working day.

5. How can I make an appointment for self-collection?
Once you've placed an order with us, please drop us an email at shop@theoutlinegroup.co with your preferred date/time. Please bear in mind the lead time required for processing as well!
